Leading on developing and implementing the company’s online marketing strategy, I manage the daily operations of the 3 Cruise Finders web sites. Since conducting a full review of online operations, I commissioned the development of a new web site/CMS, increased ROI on SEO and PPC budget, used web analytics (including Google Analytics/Urchin) to drive improvements, and managed twice-weekly email campaigns. I also maintain the online product database and upload content.

As lead for all web-related activities in an organisation with £120million turnover and 4000 staff, I procured and implemented a new CMS, updated online branding, developed and managed multiple web sites for various internal departments and external partner agencies, and integrated multiple systems with the CMS. My role also included reporting and presenting web analytics data, managing relationships with suppliers, building a network of 20+ active content contributors, developing editorial policies, managing online content and raising the profile of web communications within the organisation.

As part of a dual role I worked with the sales team, collating data, checking accuracy, compiling and presenting dashboards to senior management. I redeveloped a small local Intranet using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and worked with international colleagues on the planning and maintenance of the European Intranet site. I also maintained content on CoMedis.com, a B2C site for pharmacists.
